As in any bussiness we also have rules or very important information.


- We take no responsibility for courier damages, courier is a third party business.

- After we handed the parcel over to the courier it is out of our hands and the responsibility of the courier services.

- You will receive a waybill with a link.

- Please click on the link and check for updates on your parcel.

- You can whatsapp them with any queries.

- We use Pudo as service of The Courier Guy.

- When the tracking go live, We will send you the tracking number.

- Refunds are ONLY available when an item is sold out.


- Refunds is not available because of courier damage or because you dont want the product anymore.

- When a product go out of stock and it will happen sometimes we offer an alternative product or will do a refund.
- No rude messages about out of stock items will be tolerated.

Also kindly take note ✍🏽

- When a specific colour of the item is not available, we will inform you and send out an alternative colour if you agree.

-Remember with big warehouses alot of bulk buyers buy huge quantities stock so it will happen that some items gets sold out very fast!

Items usually get back in stock between 3 to 6 weeks.

You can choose to wait or take a refund of the total amount you paid me. We do apologize when this happen.

- We test everything
- If for any reason a product is faulty or something is wrong 
you must let me know within 24hours of delivery. 
- Video as proof must be sent with in 24 hours from delivery
- Not days later! 
- We will not be liable for any exchanges if a product breaks/ faulty 2 or 4 days after delivery.

- NO refund or exchanges on ANY used items.  
- We give NO warranty

By ordering and making payments you agree to my terms & conditions.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
- If we must arrange courier the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds: (if applicable)

- Once your returned item is received through delivery for your account within the 7 days, we will do an inspection on the item.

- You will be notify with a Whatsapp as soon as we received your item.

- We will notify you on the status of your request and its approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

- If it is approved, your refund or exchange will be processed accordingly.

- Courier is non refundable after the parcel has been sent. 

- Also remember delays in courier do happen.
- All orders leading time is 7 to 14 working days.
